Thank you for shopping with SunBreeze. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates

United States

Estimated delivery time is in addition to the 1–3 business day processing time above. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@getsunbreeze.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SunBreeze is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location and with neighbors
• Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

If you still can't locate it, reach out to us at support@getsunbreeze.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@getsunbreeze.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it.
