At SunBreeze, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not happy with your SunBreeze product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund.
To start a return, email us at support@getsunbreeze.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- You must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item should be in the condition you received it (we understand you may have tested it — that's fine; please just include all parts and accessories where possible)
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you that we've received it. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
- If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the cost of return shipping.
- For returns due to change of mind or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. [Adjust this line if you offer free returns.]
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@getsunbreeze.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item unless we request it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. If you'd like an exchange (for example, a different color), let us know and we'll do our best to help.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return process above.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
